Payment & Cancellation
Payment
ICAN Concierge Nursing & Wellness is private pay only. We do not bill insurance. Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. We accept Credit/Debit, HSA/FSA and Zelle.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, the client must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled visit. Please note that the cancellation policy does not apply to cancelled or rescheduled procedures.
