Dr. Talayia Johnson brings over 25 years of nursing experience, leadership, and a passion for patient care to ICAN Concierge Nursing & Wellness. With a distinguished career that spans home health, critical care, academia, and hospital leadership, she has a proven track record of enhancing patient care outcomes.

Too many patients were leaving hospitals and surgical centers without the clinical support they needed to truly heal. Insurance-driven home health models imposed restrictions that left individuals underserved at the moments they were most vulnerable. Dr. Johnson built ICAN to fill that gap — offering high-touch, one-on-one nursing care that is tailored to each client's unique needs, delivered with compassion, and grounded in clinical excellence.
ICAN Concierge Nursing & Wellness currently serves Pulaski, Saline, Faulkner, Lonoke, Grant, and Hot Springs counties in Arkansas, with a team committed to showing up — clinically and personally — for every client they serve.
